Educational programs and community referrals are designed around charitable purposes and participant needs. A participant is not required to purchase a product or use a particular commercial provider to receive nonprofit information or assistance.

Any potential conflict of interest should be disclosed and handled under appropriate governance procedures. Charitable funds are controlled by the nonprofit and must be used for its exempt purposes.

Responsible stewardship

Contributions support charitable programming, participant resources, community partnerships, and the capacity required to operate programs responsibly.

Compensation for legitimate nonprofit work, if approved, must be reasonable, properly documented, and governed in accordance with applicable law and organizational policies.
